Reminder: Payments are due February 15th & July 15th.

Homeowners must include their coupon and / or their account number when making payments. If you do not have this information please call Management at (407) 977-0031.
 

CARILLON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. COLLECTION POLICY: 

A late fee of $25.00 and interest at the highest rate allowable by law is added to a delinquent account 30 days after the date the assessment is due.

On the 30th day after the original due date, a Late Notice is sent to the homeowner advising them of the delinquency.

On the 60th day after the original due date, a Final Notice / Intent to Lien is sent to the homeowner.
 
45 days from the date of the Final Notice / Intent to Lien, the account is sent to the Attorney.
